How It's Made.
Preforms of PET plastic are fed into a carousel oven, that has perfectly measure cylinders that also rotate on an axis. Inside the oven are 24 lamps with 12 on each side of the carousel, and each bulb has it's own temperature setting. Once the preform reaches it's exit point, it's then carried over to an internal heating rod that melts the inside of the preform just enough to make it malleable to inflate to the desired mold. We then place the heated preform into the blowing machine and add the signature black handle to inflate it into a bottle ready to be sold to market.
